I started working with advertising 10 years ago in Sao Paulo, Brazil. But I am in this area forever. Have a UX art / training director.
I worked in several agencies, such as: F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, Tatil Design and Eugenio Propaganda, among others.
I am currently Creative Coordinator at Mestiça. Where there is opportunity to work with Scania, Sodexo, Avis, Budget and Marabraz, among other brands.

My role today is to develop the creative team, far beyond people management and delivery management.
I organize the creation in a sensitive, organized way, working with goals, challenges and productivity.
Always working for a better delivery for the creatives and for the clients, I help in the defense of works with the client and I am a fan of agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint among others).
